Method - Used NFS Thread Milling Wizard, X,Y coords 0,0 Tool No 4., Climb mill (rapids to bottom of cut ooh scary) cuts up wards. ![]() Next time I will cut some thing harder and with the right speed and feed. All in all I am impresed with the Syil super x3 as to wards the end I mesured the spindle speed 1465 via mach3 1500 and the sx3 digital readout read 1522 ish a bit of fluctuation but then its as it came. But I've learnt a lot - it was a bit tense as I had my hand hovering over the estop switch, I set my rapids 5mm over the fixture and had never just gone for it before. The cut went well but my feed speed was very slow (still much to learn). Just compleated my first cut - climb milled a bit of plastic with a taig four flute single point thread mill as shown in NFS wizard thread milling screen as in the video.
